Welcome to VAP’D DashSteam Pvt. Ltd. We are committed to delivering top-quality car care services directly to your doorstep. Please read the following policies to understand how we operate and what you can expect when you book with us.
1. Service Area & Availability
We currently operate in select cities and towns within (Bihar) with ongoing plans to expand. Services are available 7 days a week including public holidays (subject to availability). Bookings can be made through our official website, mobile app (if applicable), or WhatsApp support line.
2. Shipping & Delivery of Services
“Shipping” refers to the dispatching of our mobile service team to your specified location. We guarantee on-time arrival within a 45-minute window of your scheduled booking time. In rare cases of delays (due to traffic, weather, etc.), our team will notify you in advance and reschedule if required.
Note:Â As a service-based business, we do not ship physical products.
3. Booking & Payment Policy
Advance booking is recommended (minimum 4–6 hours prior) to ensure slot availability. Payments can be made via:
- UPI / Wallets (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm)
- Net Banking
- Cash on Service (CoS)
A full payment or 50% advance may be required for premium or corporate packages.
4. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Free cancellations up to 2 hours before the scheduled service time.
Cancellations within 2 hours or missed appointments may incur a ₹99 cancellation fee. Rescheduling is allowed once free of charge, with a 2-hour notice.
5. Eco-Conscious Commitment
We use high-pressure steam cleaning technology that saves up to 90% water** compared to traditional washes.
All cleaning agents used are biodegradable and non-toxic, safe for both vehicles and the environment.
6. Service Guarantee & Liability
We guarantee professional-grade cleaning with no damage to your car’s surface or interiors.
Customers are requested to remove personal belongings before service. We are not liable for loss or damage of unattended valuables.
In the unlikely case of service-related damage, please report it within *24 hours* for evaluation and resolution.

* Refuse service in unsafe or unsanitary conditions.
* Modify service charges with prior notice.
* Update these policies as needed.
