Welcome to Dashsteam! When you book our doorstep carwash services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Services

We provide exterior and interior carwash at your doorstep. Services vary by availability in your area.

2. Booking and Cancellation

Appointments must be booked via our app, website, or by phone. Booking ID is always needed when riders reach your location. After booking confirmation, our rider will start the service.

Cancellation must be made at least 2 hours before the scheduled time. Late cancellation or no-show may be subject to charges. OTP (one-time password) is mandatory for cancellation.

3. Payment Terms

Payments can be made online or via cash/card upon or before completion. All prices include applicable taxes. E-bill is provided after payment completion via app or Gmail.

4. Liability

We are not liable for pre-existing damages or issues already present in your vehicle. We use safe, non-damaging cleaning agents and provide fully secure service.

5. Delays on Rescheduling

We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather conditions, traffic, or safety concerns. Customers will be informed of any delays or changes in schedule.

6. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse service if there is abusive behavior or repeated cancellations.

7. Privacy

Customer details are kept safe and only used for service, communication, and rating purposes.
